About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Cirtec Medical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at major OEMs, R&D engineers, start-ups, and purchasing departments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on line transfers, delivery devices, minimally invasive devices, and catheters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including pipeline management and quarterly business reviews.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to prospects, and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Travel up to 50% for customer trips, site tours, and trade shows.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the medical device contract manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated success selling to major OEMs, R&D engineers, start-ups, purchasing departments, and senior management.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA preferred.
