Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
7-10 years of pertinent experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering effective recommendations to senior leadership.

Strong critical thinking capabilities
Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis with a keen attention to detail, enabling the extraction of meaningful insights.
Adept at understanding and navigating complex issues across various disciplines.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
