Role Summary:
Lund recognizes that its personnel are the cornerstone of its mission. This pivotal role will spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive workplace. The Director of People & Culture will serve as a strategic ally, innovative leader, and advocate for organizational culture. Responsibilities include formulating and implementing HR strategies that promote operational excellence, employee engagement, talent development, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Collaboration with the Leadership Team will be essential to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s overarching objectives, enhancing the company’s culture and mission.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding top talent to ongoing development and retention efforts.
  3. Performance Management: Establish and manage performance evaluation systems that promote a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and recognition.
  4. Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives that foster an equitable and inclusive workplace, cultivating a sense of belonging for all employees.
  5. Employee Engagement: Design and execute programs that boost employee engagement, well-being, and work-life balance, while actively monitoring satisfaction levels.
  6. Organizational Development: Drive efforts to create a high-performance culture through leadership development, career progression, and succession planning.
  7. Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations while crafting HR policies that reflect industry best practices.
  8. Benefits & Compensation: Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain exceptional talent.
  9. Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a respectful workplace.
  10. HR Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, assess HR performance, and drive continuous improvement.
