Role Summary:
Lund recognizes that its workforce is its greatest asset in fulfilling its mission. This pivotal role will spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and healthy workplace. The Director of People & Culture will serve as a strategic ally, innovative leader, and advocate for the organizational culture. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing HR strategies that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, talent development, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Collaboration with the Leadership Team is essential to ensure HR practices align with overarching business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute the HR strategy in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives, driving initiatives that reinforce company values.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from attracting and recruiting top talent to onboarding, development, and retention, ensuring optimal role alignment.
- Performance Management: Establish and manage performance evaluation systems that promote a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and recognition.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that foster an equitable and inclusive workplace, cultivating a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction, regularly assessing and addressing feedback.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that promote high performance through leadership development, career progression, and succession planning.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations while developing HR policies that reflect best practices.
- Benefits & Compensation: Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and conflict resolution to maintain a respectful workplace.
- HR Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, evaluate HR performance, and drive continuous improvement.
