Position Overview:
As the Chief Operations Officer at OnLogic, you will take charge of enhancing and streamlining our worldwide Operations, which encompass Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence from our headquarters, focusing on efficiency, process improvement, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance divisions of our Global Operations team.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of production schedules to fulfill customer requirements while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Enhance our Global Supply Chain to guarantee timely and cost-efficient delivery of materials and products.
  • Prioritize quality management and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting operational efficiency, minimizing costs, and enhancing productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive alignment and achievement of business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in operations management.
Team Dynamics:

The Operations team is responsible for the assembly, testing, packaging, and distribution of OnLogic technology globally. Their unwavering attention to detail and commitment to quality enable us to proudly highlight the reliability and configurability of our systems. Team members are cross-trained in various disciplines, providing exceptional staffing flexibility and the capability to respond to production demands effectively. The Operations team embodies continuous improvement and process optimization, transforming project plans and technical specifications into reality. Roles within the Operations team include computer assembly, hardware testing, fulfillment services, supply chain management, product and process quality, production engineering, and technical support.

Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality in a comparable manufacturing setting.
  • Proven expertise in driving process enhancements and operational excellence.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a global executive role.
  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred; other degrees and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000, with final compensation determined through discussions with candidates based on their experience in similar roles.
