Job Summary

Park Center Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator of Office Operations to manage the day-to-day activities of our Nashville, TN office. Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations, including:
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings;
  • Managing calendars and email correspondence;
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses;
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity tools.
