Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Arcision Saint Thomas. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment providing administrative and clerical support to patients and customers in a medical setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, checking patients in and out, and obtaining necessary documentation. You will also verify and enter demographic information, obtain and verify insurance authorizations/precertification, complete medical record release requests, and schedule/patient appointments.

You will provide general office and clerical support to assigned area, including entering, reviewing, and submitting charges for patient procedures and services daily. You will also collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $43,000 - $53,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers in a medical setting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
