Office Operations Specialist

The Business Efficiency Manager will play a crucial role in increasing office productivity and supporting the sales team to maximize their potential. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office calendar and ensure smooth operations
- Liaise with General Services for BCH and coordinate office logistics
- Assist with employee onboarding and DFW triggers
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
- Compose internal and external communications, including emails and proposals
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of office management or customer relationship experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include vacation time, holidays, 401k matching, health insurance, and other unique perks.
