About the Role

The Business Efficiency Manager will play a crucial role in increasing office productivity and supporting the sales team to maximize their potential. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office calendar and ensure smooth operations
  • Liaise with General Services for BCH and coordinate office logistics
  • Assist with employee onboarding and DFW triggers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Compose internal and external communications, including emails and proposals

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of office management or customer relationship experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include vacation time, holidays, 401k matching, health insurance, and other unique perks.
