Job Summary

The Millennium Group seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Office Service Associate to support the Nashville WPX team and multiple WMG properties. This role involves providing exceptional reception coverage, managing client interactions, and maintaining a functional staffed customer service area.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of customer service experience in a corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mailroom functions, assisting with office services, and ensuring proper operation and maintenance of office equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide reception support and manage client interactions.
  • Maintain a functional and staffed customer service area.
  • Perform mailroom functions, including sorting and distributing mail.
  • Assist with office services, such as copy requests and work tickets.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Coordinate repairs for plumbing, refrigeration, or other facility needs.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
