About the Job:
This exciting opportunity is ideal for a skilled administrator who can effectively manage business operations, optimize processes, and support program execution. Working closely with our cross-functional teams, the Business Operations Coordinator will contribute to the success of our organization and help us achieve our objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing office infrastructure, including supplies, equipment, technology, and facilities.
- Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts.
- Provide administrative support for program execution and event planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations management, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Proven expertise in organizational and project management, with demonstrated success in overseeing complex projects and delivering results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 annually.
