Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at California Closets of Tennessee. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This includes managing clerical tasks, maintaining office space, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include primary phone coverage, managing invoices and expenses, auditing purchase orders, coordinating calendars, processing contracts, and running reports as needed. You will also be responsible for creating promotional materials, managing maintenance vendors, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
