Job Title: Administrative Support Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our team at BC Holdings of Tennessee, LLC.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual who will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring internal operations continuously flow, managing the office calendar, assisting with employee onboarding, and providing excellent customer service via phone and email.

In addition, they will produce quotes and proposals, assist sales teams with client services, attend training sessions and events, compose and edit internal and external communications, coordinate workshop logistics, update workshop materials and presentations, schedule company meetings, book travel arrangements, organize office supplies, manage mail, and maintain social media accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in office management or customer relationship roles, a strong command of Microsoft Office, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

A competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, plus profit sharing, benefits, and unique perks make this an attractive opportunity for those looking to join a dynamic team. The work location is onsite, not remote.
