Job Summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director Business Solutions to lead our Enterprise Sales team in Chicago and Evansville, IN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building, supervising, and motivating a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Select, supervise, develop, manage, and motivate a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives and Account Managers in Chicago and Evansville, IN.
  2. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed established sales team quotas by implementing effective sales strategies and methodologies.
  3. Opportunity Creation: Lead the team to increased improvement in opportunity creation and funnel management.
  4. Customer Engagement: Regularly attend initial discovery meetings with Enterprise Sales Reps and resolve complex customer issues.
  5. Training and Development: Motivate, develop, and provide training for team members.
  6. Forecasting and Reporting: Utilize CRM system and other tools to provide accurate monthly forecasting.
  7. Customer Service: Interact with internal and external customers to ensure premier customer service.
  8. Brand Awareness: Identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and attend networking events to promote Astound Business.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years' leadership/supervisory experience in a commercial/enterprise/sales/customer service/business environment.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: A people manager with outstanding business acumen, good at managing deadlines, and excels at building relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills are essential.
  • Organization: Must be well organized.
  • Teamwork: A strong team player able to work independently and with other internal stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and customer care.
