  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance and market share.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure sales team performance, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the optical or sunglass industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
