This senior role will be responsible for cultivating new custom client relationships, generating new custom program opportunities, and increasing awareness of Chicago Booth Executive Education globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand the Executive Education program
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Executive Education team to design and deliver customized programs that meet the learning needs of clients
- Manage and analyze financial performance to ensure budget targets are met
- Lead and coach internal and external program delivery staff to ensure high-quality program delivery
- Develop and maintain program budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement corrective action when necessary
- Minimum 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong knowledge of Learning and Development, custom program design, faculty engagement, and client account management
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to understand and collaborate with a diverse group of constituents and cultures across the globe
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and executive presence and credibility to engage senior-level and C-suite clients globally
