Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan.
  • Secure prospective client appointments via targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
  • Prepare for client appointments by conducting thorough research, tailoring sales materials, and utilizing available resources.
  • Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and implement follow-up client meetings to complete the sales process.
  • Coordinate with client partners to meet client timelines and deliverables for installation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
