Major Account Executive, SMB Sales

We're seeking a results-driven Major Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth through the sale of T-Mobile's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities within assigned geographic territories
- Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's products and services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives
- Partner with Retail Stores to drive Business Sales results and close deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform sales approaches
- 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- 2 years of experience in solutions/applications selling and telecommunications/technical sales
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
