Position Overview

The State Teachers' Retirement System is looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of Staff Services Manager I (Specialist). This position is crucial within the organization, focusing on the development and delivery of educational services tailored for our members, employers, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Member Service Center Manager, the Staff Services Manager I will act as the Assistant Manager and Defined Contribution specialist. This role encompasses a wide range of complex operational tasks within the Member Service Center. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, discretion, and initiative in resolving issues independently.

Compensation and Benefits

Employees may be eligible for annual salary increases based on performance evaluations. This position may also include supervisory responsibilities in the future.

Work Environment

This role supports a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote work options, allowing for flexibility in the work schedule.
