Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician I - Resident Services to join our team at Prometheus Real Estate Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our residents' living environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Daily Operations: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting, to ensure the overall quality and safety of our properties.
  • Turnover Functions: Conduct thorough inspections of apartments before and after resident move-in and move-out, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed.
  • On-Call Services: Be available to respond to after-hours maintenance requests and emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Availability: Must be available for on-call services and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, climb, balance, sit, walk, and perform repetitive motions.
