Job Role

This Business Development Manager role involves developing client relationships within a specified geographic territory to promote sales of new boiler equipment, auxiliary equipment, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will drive technical sales and business development for new and existing customers.
  • Conducting research to support customer requests and providing solutions that meet equipment and use specifications is essential.
  • A high level of follow-up with quotes is necessary to facilitate customer decisions.
  • The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Collaboration with management is key to develop strategies and enhance performance.
  • Soliciting feedback on new products and services is essential.
  • Supporting colleagues and management with internal and external projects is also required.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial and industrial boiler sales is required.
Estimated Salary:
  • The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
