Roofing Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
Our construction company is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our exterior sales team in Windsor Heights, Iowa. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, building and forming new partnerships with potential clients, and recruiting new team members.
With a focus on outside sales techniques, you will work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Experience in closing as a commission-only salesperson is a must, and prior experience in roofing is highly desirable.
