Job Description:
At Navigate Wellbeing Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team and sales leader to drive growth and success through a multi-channel approach.

About the Role:
This is a channel partner-facing position that requires building relationships with wellbeing practice leaders, HR leaders, producers, etc. to advance the Navigate brand and secure sales in the Northwest region of the United States. You'll be responsible for achieving annual sales goals, developing leads and marketing qualified leads for clients, and managing the sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve annual sales goal by building relationships and selling the Navigate platform through assigned partner channels for prospective new clients.
* Effectively build a sales pipeline that results in the achievement of the annual sales goal.
* Manage sales activities to adequately build a pipeline of prospects needed to achieve the monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience selling to healthcare brokers in the wellbeing or healthcare industry.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

What We Offer:
* Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
