About the Job:
This sales position involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your expertise in agricultural products and services will enable you to provide exceptional support to customers, driving loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of sales experience in the agricultural industry
* Proven track record of sales success, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Ag Business, or related field

Estimated Salary Range:
$90,000 - $140,000 per year (base salary) + commission
