Business Development Consultant

Summit Business Group is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Field Sales Trainer and Mentor, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new sales agents on the team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets.
You will be dedicated to making sales, ensuring you meet your own sales goals and objectives. This involves making daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory, building strong professional relationships, and establishing trust and rapport with customers.
A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, with bonuses and commission eligibility upon start, is available to successful candidates. In addition, quarterly and annual incentive trips, cash bonuses, stock share bonuses, and lifetime-vested renewal commissions are also offered.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, leadership skills, strategic planning, familiarity with effective sales strategies, an inspirational attitude, and the ability to train others effectively. A mastery of product knowledge and customer service skills are also essential.
