Ronco is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Account Executive - Education Sector to manage our Albany, NY territory. This role involves driving sales within the healthcare market, specifically targeting hospitals and long-term care facilities. You will be tasked with nurturing and expanding the market segment while identifying and closing sales opportunities for our educational and corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients within the designated territory
  • Enhance our existing customer relationships and service offerings
  • Collaborate directly with educational administrators to present solution value propositions
  • Promptly follow up on sales leads for both new and existing clients
  • Conduct site assessments and develop detailed scope of work documents with our engineering team
  • Prepare and submit accurate, professional bids and proposals with support from our team
  • Define and outline the scope of work for the proposal process
  • Interpret and understand construction project specifications
  • Learn and effectively demonstrate various technology solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines using Customer Relationship Management software
  • Develop and sustain strong knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with manufacturer representatives, architects, and engineers

Qualifications for Success:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in developing new business within the communications hardware, security hardware, or audio hardware sectors
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to excel in a collaborative environment while also being self-sufficient
  • Demonstrated integrity and professional business acumen
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Maintain a clean driving record
