Senior Account Executive

Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our Property & Casualty team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client service experiences, supporting account growth, and providing risk management advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement client risk management strategies to ensure optimal coverage and cost savings.
  • Travel and participate in client meetings to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the development of new business and maintain existing accounts through exceptional client service and risk management expertise.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance as an Underwriter, Account Manager, Sales, and/or Marketing role.
  • NY State Property & Casualty license and Insurance Designation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
