Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) you support, addressing operational, talent, and talent life cycle-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR services to leaders, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching.
  • Work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle-related issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR services across the organization.
Requirements
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
