Summary:

The Creative Strategy Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Creative Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager. This position is tasked with overseeing project timelines and delivering operational assistance to the Creative Strategy Team. The coordinator will also focus on enhancing workflows, implementing processes, and facilitating the onboarding of new team members. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop weekly project plans and schedule tasks to ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
  • Facilitate communication among team members to identify and address challenges that may impact project timelines.
  • Track project progress and relay updates to team leads, highlighting any potential roadblocks.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to secure necessary project assets.
  • Maintain and update shared reference documents for the team.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Coordinate the booking of freelance Digital Quality Control personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Operations Team to implement, refine, and document workflow processes, ensuring both creative and technical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in coordinating creative projects within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork, Float, Google Calendar, and Slack.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of social media and digital platforms.
  • Experience in the Performance Marketing sector.

Location: Hybrid work model available.

Compensation:

TubeScience offers flexible remote work options and is open to hiring candidates from any U.S. state. We provide transparent wage ranges for remote roles as required by law. The anticipated starting pay for this position is $25 - $30 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
