About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage Creative Team: Lead a team of creatives, delegating tasks and developing a positive creative environment that fosters innovation and excellence.
  • Content Development: Track and communicate content requirements to internal parties, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets brand standards.
  • Talent Management: Help draft talent instructions for creators, assist with mock videos, and contribute to on-location shoots with talent as needed.
  • Content Scheduling: Program and schedule brand channel content for social platforms, ensuring copy is written and internal posting deadlines are met.
  • Platform Knowledge: Stay current on ongoing changes of major social platforms, including posting specs and best practices, and their potential impact on creative deliverables.
Requirements
  • Location: Must be based in the LA area.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work assignments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the entertainment industry, including film, TV, and gaming.
  • Production Experience: Hands-on production or live event coordination experience is a major plus.
  • Content Creation: Basic knowledge of content creation and development processes, as well as social media marketing on social platforms, especially TikTok.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic and video editing is a major plus.
