Posición: Estamos en búsqueda de un Vicepresidente de Operaciones Financieras para unirse a nuestro equipo en Connecticut. Este rol es fundamental para la supervisión de la contabilidad y el análisis de informes financieros bajo las normas de contabilidad generalmente aceptadas en EE. UU. (US GAAP) y la coordinación regulatoria de toda la información financiera.

Rango Salarial: $160,000 anuales, sujeto a experiencia y negociación.

Compensación Adicional: Bonificación anual del 20% (basada en el desempeño individual y colectivo), con un máximo del 40%. Aporte al 401k de hasta el 150%, con contribuciones de hasta el 80% y sin período de consolidación.

Servicios de Reubicación: Se ofrecen servicios de reubicación para el candidato seleccionado.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar y revisar los informes de rendimiento mensual, comunicando los resultados a la alta dirección.
  • Actuar como el principal enlace con las entidades regulatorias y revisar todas las presentaciones financieras regulatorias.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las respuestas a los datos de casos tarifarios relacionados con la información financiera.
  • Revisar informes financieros externos, incluyendo estados financieros individuales y reportes FERC.
  • Asistir en el proceso de presupuestación anual y en las actualizaciones de pronósticos.
  • Contribuir a la actualización continua del plan financiero a largo plazo.
  • Participar en la preparación y revisión de estándares de inversión/desinversión y trabajos de valoración relacionados.
  • Desarrollar y mantener análisis financieros en relación con solicitudes ad-hoc y objetivos corporativos continuos.

Requisitos de Educación y Experiencia:

  • Título universitario en Contabilidad y/o Finanzas con un mínimo de diez años de experiencia relevante en el área financiera.
  • Se prefiere un título avanzado o certificación profesional.
  • Conocimiento experto en contabilidad, finanzas, estados financieros y flujos de efectivo.
  • Experiencia en contabilidad IFRS es un plus.
