Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all financial functions of the facility, including budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, and forecasting.
2. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
3. Formulate and execute robust financial strategies to secure the financial stability and growth of the facility.
4. Lead the financial planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization.
5. Drive process improvements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
6. Supervise the financial team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high performance.
7. Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
8. Collaborate with other leaders to facilitate informed financial decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software, particularly Epicor.
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to make strategic financial decisions.
- Familiarity with financial regulations in the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
