Position Overview:
The Vice President of Business Growth is accountable for driving sales, enhancing revenue, and boosting profitability.

This role involves establishing and nurturing client relationships while collaborating with recruiters to fulfill job openings.

The position will work closely with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to effectively plan and execute projects in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, an individual must successfully perform each essential function. The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary:

Primary Duties:
• Develop and maintain a targeted client list to foster relationships.

• Engage in prospecting activities, including phone outreach, skills marketing, in-person meetings, and other methods.

• Generate new job orders weekly in alignment with performance targets.

• Oversee new and existing job orders from initiation to fulfillment.


• Utilize management software to document all activities, notes, and essential information for managing and expanding a portfolio of business, as well as for planning daily tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across various business lines as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 4 years of experience in technology sales or staffing is required.

Active participation in the IT community and networking groups is a plus.

Work Environment:
In-office position.

Hybrid/Remote options may be considered with management approval.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel expected (less than 5%).
