Produce Sales Specialist

Hannaford Supermarkets, a leading retailer of fresh produce, seeks an experienced Produce Sales Associate to join its team.
Job SummaryThis role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality, variety, and safety in our produce department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform duties to maintain the appearance, quality, and safety of the produce department
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Lift up to 50 lbs. at least 80% of the time and 75 lbs. on occasion
- Stand and walk 100% of the time
- Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting produce items at or above waist level
The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $15.10 - $22.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
