We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, NH. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for our resort through proactive lead sourcing, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing group opportunities throughout the New England region that align with our resort's parameters.
- Producing leads for our on-property team, which further qualifies as needed and then attempts to contract the business.
- Maintaining the Sales system, Triple Seat, to support sales efforts and client documentation, and to ensure proper tracking.
- Developing, maintaining, and implementing quarterly strategies and action plans to grow the market and generate group-related revenues for the resort.
- Organizing client FAMs for the resort to further promote the property and help secure additional group business.
- Analyzing sales statistics to understand the resort's financials, to help identify areas which can be improved upon, and to set additional strategies to acquire group business.
