This role can be located in Brooklyn, NY or Waltham, MA.
Job PurposeThe successful candidate will work closely with our Recruitment Partners to identify and source top talent, using innovative strategies and methodologies to deliver outstanding candidate experiences and build a strong pipeline for National Grid's current and future needs.
This role supports our global recruitment efforts and offers opportunities for advancement and career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing plans to meet client hiring requirements
- Create innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing online forums, networks, and technologies
- Identify passive candidates using online tools and networks
- Build and engage talent communities on LinkedIn, providing regular and relevant communications
- Maintain data quality and accuracy within our internal database
- Conduct ongoing candidate pipeline development activities and talent network expansion for active and future requisitions
- Market mapping and business intelligence
- Candidate assessment and selection, including telephone screening calls
- Provide diverse candidate shortlists within agreed timeframes
We're looking for a candidate with:
- A degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or related role
- Proven track record of recruiting for various positions and levels
- Excellent customer focus, relationship-building skills, and creative approaches to engaging talent
- Strong drive for results and ability to produce high-quality work efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity
- Excellent candidate management skills and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000 - $81,000 per year in Brooklyn, NY, or $65,000 - $76,000 per year in Waltham, MA.
