Resort Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Resort Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive lead sourcing, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing group opportunities throughout the New England region that align with our resort's parameters.
- Producing leads for our on-property team, which further qualifies as needed and then attempts to contract the business.
- Maintaining the Sales system, Triple Seat, to support sales efforts and client documentation, and to ensure proper tracking.
- Developing, maintaining, and implementing quarterly strategies and action plans to grow the market and generate group-related revenues for the resort.
