The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, multitasking prowess, and excellent written/verbal communication. A sales or customer service background is a plus (0-2 years).

Key responsibilities include qualifying leads, building relationships with customers and field teams, developing accurate service estimates, and managing accounts with precision.

Your Opportunity to Excel

  • Develop Accurate Service Estimates: Prepare service estimates, sourcing costs from vendors and subcontractors to deliver competitive and transparent proposals.
  • Proposal Management: Craft and organize proposals for repairs, maintenance agreements, and replacement services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Field Collaboration: Conduct on-site visits with technicians to understand layouts, equipment, and service processes to best meet client needs.
  • Manage Accounts with Precision: Handle proposals, tech support, and unassigned accounts, escalating to Account Managers when needed.
  • Streamline Operations: Organize schedules, manage deliveries, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure all documentation and permits are in place.

Salary Estimate:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
