Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Farmer Brothers. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring national accounts and large regional accounts across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to your assigned sales channel, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned sales channel to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with national clients to secure long-term business partnerships
  • Identify and target potential new national accounts through market research and strategic planning
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement within national accounts
  • Provide expert advice to national accounts on product selection, usage, and benefits to enhance customer experience
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand visibility and forge new business relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets of $2.5M + and driving revenue growth through strategic account acquisition
  • In-depth understanding of the restaurant/convenience store/hospitality/education industry, including trends, challenges, and key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior-level stakeholders
