Role Overview:

Difenda Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a regional focus to drive revenue expansion across the United States. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a leading provider of Microsoft security services, which is experiencing rapid growth in North America. The ideal candidate will be proactive in securing new business, surpassing ambitious sales targets, and collaborating closely with the Sales VP and Microsoft team members to enhance the overall growth strategy in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed personal sales objectives to contribute to overall growth within new customer segments.
  • Work in partnership with Microsoft sales representatives, customer success teams, and technical staff to align accounts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to facilitate lead generation initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within a targeted group of prospects.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external technical and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage with the VP of Sales to strategize territory coverage and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Participate in technology and sales training sessions, as well as industry trade shows, as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Proactively seek new leads and opportunities by networking with potential clients.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline to drive new business growth.
  • Implement a strategy involving cold outreach through calls and emails, identifying potential opportunities, scheduling meetings, and navigating the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the cybersecurity sector.
  • A well-established network of qualified buyers within the United States is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions is essential.
  • Familiarity with managed and professional security services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in devising and executing sales strategies to develop and open new accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on speed and action.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where adaptability is key.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities, with a constructive approach.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve success.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms is advantageous.
