We are looking for candidates who possess:
a high school diploma or equivalent
a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
a valid driver’s license
at least two (2) years of experience in outside sales
experience in the flooring industry is a plus, but not mandatory
a proven track record in sales
high motivation and the ability to work independently
proficiency in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite
the capability to represent company products professionally to existing and potential customer accounts
a general understanding of major products and industry trends
excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate business relationships with internal teams and external partners.
