We are a well-established organization seeking to enhance our workforce with a Sales Commission Specialist. As the Specialist, you will interact with multiple management tiers and report directly to the Controller, fostering strong relationships within the operational region. Your key responsibilities will include assessing existing business practices, processes, and protocols, as well as calculating and distributing payments to sub-distributors. Furthermore, you will contribute to support initiatives, generate innovative ideas, and strategize to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product sales reporting, network payments, and customer assistance.
- Calculate commissions based on sales data in partnership with Area Directors and other distributors.
- Support company leadership with financial assessments and trend analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the Commission Specialist to ensure precise and timely commission payouts.
- Distribute monthly statements to the network.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Formulate plans and strategies to achieve internal and corporate objectives.
- Maintain compensation spreadsheets for the network and generate reports from various data sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and v/h look-ups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
