Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Associate with exceptional customer service abilities to enhance our sales efforts by engaging with both existing and prospective commercial clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and nurture commercial sales to support service operations in the local area and additional regional locations.
  • Engage with clients, service technicians, and Dispatch Managers to identify sales opportunities and address any challenges through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate closely with management and service teams.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Prepare, detail, and present final proposals to clients.
  • Regularly maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

QUALIFICATIONS:
