Position Summary:

Are you a driven and enthusiastic individual with a talent for sales and a desire to advance your career? As a Sales Account Executive at DataComm Electronics, you will play a crucial role in establishing relationships with contractors and driving sales within the new construction sector nationwide. Your efforts will be essential in expanding our customer base and meeting our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Actively reach out to contractors in the new construction sector to identify potential clients and create sales opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Leverage our CRM and construction software to monitor and manage leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain robust relationships with contractors, understanding their requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize, share insights, and effectively close deals.
  • Growth & Learning: Seize opportunities for professional development and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic & Positive: Bring enthusiasm and a constructive attitude to every interaction.
  • Sales Skills: Previous sales experience is advantageous, but a strong willingness to learn and succeed is equally important.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport over the phone.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and construction software; training will be provided.
  • Team Player: Eagerness to collaborate and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
  • Work Schedule: Available to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary with potential for additional earnings through commissions.
