Job Title: Account Representative

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts in your assigned territory with Midland Optical, driving sales performance, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve established sales goals and manage customer relationships.
  • Partner with Specialists to drive branded growth initiatives and training opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and account development.
  • Collaborate with lab personnel to understand customer needs and adjust business plans accordingly.
  • Utilize analytical tools and software applications to manage territory accounts and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time.
