Job Summary

The Territory Account Representative is a key role at MarketSource, responsible for delivering exceptional sales and training services to clients. This position requires a strong passion for success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently attain or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and clients on sales status and opportunities
  • Conduct on-site data gathering and present solutions to clients
  • Develop and facilitate product education and training sessions for clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and training, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
