Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our dealer partners, promoting Westlake's value and expertise in the origination and servicing of direct consumer loans. Your primary objective will be to produce loans on a regular basis and grow our business through consultative sales and management approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Strategic Franchise Dealerships
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you
  • Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Strategic Franchise Dealerships
  • Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Strategic Franchise Dealer communities
  • Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements
  • Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
  • 1-2 year's previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
