Senior Account Executive

At Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd, we're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customers' technology requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer environment.
- Sales experience with commercial and/or production print equipment and technology is a plus.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
