Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success by building strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to understand specific technology requirements and challenges, and develop customized solutions that address their pain points and improve business outcomes.
- Product and Service Presentation: Highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our technology products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Collaboration and Negotiation: Work closely with internal teams to develop and negotiate sales contracts that meet client needs and ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through continuous communication, ensuring accountability and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry Knowledge and Market Positioning: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Sales Performance and Results: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively communicating our value proposition to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience in a Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer environment.
- Education: College degree preferred but not required.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
