As a Senior Technology Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to assess your clients' needs and develop state-of-the-art solutions by building relationships as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Identifying Potential Clients: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research to identify potential clients and bring passion to your work.
  • Customer-Centric Needs Assessments: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand specific technology requirements and challenges, and take a deep dive to understand their pain points and identify solutions that will improve their business goals.
  • Presenting and Demonstrating Technology Products and Services: Highlight innovation when presenting and demonstrating our company's technology products and services, focusing on benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Collaboration and Customized Solutions: Inclusive collaboration with internal technical and administrative teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Negotiation and Sales Contracts: Open and honest negotiation of terms and conditions of sales contracts ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth sales cycle through continuous communication, nurturing and developing the customer relationship, providing accountability to the client and throughout the organization.
  • Industry Trends and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis by effectively telling our story to C-suite executives and decision makers.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience successfully selling technology products and solutions in a Business to Business or Business to Consumer environment.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience with commercial and/or production print equipment and technology preferred.
  • Education: College degree preferred but not required.
  • CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
