About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research
  • Conduct customer-centric needs assessments to understand specific technology requirements and challenges
  • Develop and present customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience successfully selling technology products and solutions in a Business to Business or Business to Consumer environment
  • Sales experience with commercial and/or production print equipment and technology preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
